House Rules
Arrival and departure
Check-in is possible between 14:00 and 20:00, and check-out is no later than 10:00 on the day of departure. A contact person is available on request at the time of arrival/departure.
Smoking
Guests are kindly requested NOT to smoke in the apartment. Smoking is only allowed outside the house.
Pets
Pets are allowed on site. Guests are kindly requested to take care of the cleanliness of the property.
Cooking
The apartment has cooking facilities, please leave kitchen utensils and equipment clean after cooking.
Silence of the night
There is a night-time curfew between 21:00 and 8:00. Please do not disturb the rest of the residents of the area during this period.
Parties and events
Parties and events are NOT allowed.
Security
Keep your belongings and valuables safe inside the apartment. The host is not responsible for any valuables left in the apartment.
Waste disposal
Garbage must be placed in the designated collection containers. It is not allowed to throw garbage in or around the apartment.
Apartment keys
Please hand in the keys to the apartment to the host on departure. A surcharge will be applied for lost or damaged keys.
Infringement
In case of non-compliance with the rules, the host is entitled to terminate the stay of the guest immediately without any compensation.
Cleaning
Once a week, with change of bed linen and towels (for stays longer than one week).
